At Dazzle Dry Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail care products. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
